Professional Background

I studied at the London School of Sports Massage and qualified with a BTEC Professional Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy.

I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage. As a member of the ISRM I am required to develop my skills by attending professional development courses, seminars, and lectures.

I have worked at many events providing pre and post event massage treatments to competitors. I am also the Sports Massage Therapist for Kings College Hospital Rugby Football Club.

Team Masseur for the GB Age Group Team at the ITU World Long Course Triathlon Championships 2007 and 2008.


Sporting background

I competed in my first triathlon in 1996. I have since completed 9 marathons and 4 Ironman distance triathlons as well as many other triathlons, runs, and cycle races at various distances. I regularly compete in time-trial events on the bike.

Member of the GB Age Group Team for the ETU European Long Course Triathlon Championships 2007. I am one of the founding members and club secretary of the Iron-Head Racing triathlon club. Over the years I have also been involved in football, fencing, and, canoeing.
